Our granddaughters fiancee and daddy to their 2 yr old boy, was recently killed in a car accident.  His car wasn't running, so he was driving her Hyundai, which was totaled out in the accident.  This has been a devastating tie and very emotional for everyone, making the search even more difficult.

We are limited as to what we are able to spend in replacing her vehicle. Kristi, Jeff and Morganne did everything they could to get her into a safe vehicle to replace her Hyundai, showing sincere empathy and compassion.

We will forever appreciate and remember how we were treated and will no hesitate to recommend Don Bessette Motors to anyone in need of a vehicle, no matter what their situation is.

Thank you for working so hard to get Cheyenne approved. She loves the car and is so happy! What looked like a disastrous end to the year, turned out to be an amazing gift! 
I bought a car two months ago there. Everyone who help me through the process was very nice, especially Terry Epps, the sales person who help me. He did everything possible to make sure I got a car that day even though my credit was not that great and I got a good deal. I definitely recommend him and the dealership to whoever needs a car either new or used who doesn't have that great credit because they will work with you all the way and make sure you get something you can afford. I have been fighting for over a year to get a recall done at Minot Chrysler. I had my oil changed on Saturday at Don Bessettes and asked the very nice gentleman about my recall. He told me to call Rugby their dealership they could help me so I did. Unbelievable they are willing to come get my car drive it to Rugby fix it and bring it back that's a real plus in my book!!

Shopped for vehicles here for years now and have never had a bad thing to say. Everyone in the joint is friendly and will do most anything to accomodate a request.

People have to realize that not everything is in a dealers power (interest on financing, whats covered under warranty, etc). The dealership cant solve everything and they are merely a middle man between the manufacturer and the consumer.

That being said so far in my near decade of shopping through them theyve done everything flawlessly and when i have had a problem they've done everything they can to help solve it. Attitude and tone go a long way with service oriented businesses and that is very true of any dealer.

I just bought a car on Friday and Kevin was extremely helpful! I told him what I needed in a vehicle and he found the perfect one for my family. Called to check in a few times. He even helped me carry my 20 lb baby and his car seat (he gets a little heavy) and watched him while I switched the car seat base from my old car to my new one. Definitely recommend him!
